The Yokohama Tread Rewards Program is available to eligible Authorized Sales Associates of the Authorized Dealer. Yokohama Tire Corporation reserves the right to add, modify or delete any of the terms, conditions, rules, or reward levels pertaining to the Yokohama Tread Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Any interpretations, questions or disputes regarding the Program will be resolved at the sole discretion of Yokohama’s Relationship Management Team. The Terms and Conditions of any authorized representative agreement that the Authorized Dealer has in place with Yokohama Tire Corporation will remain in full force and effect and are not modified by the Yokohama Tread Rewards Program.

All Authorized Dealer Sales Associates who are at least 18 years of age and are employed by a participating Authorized Dealer, and approved by the Tread Rewards Program Administrator, are eligible to participate in the program. A participating Authorized Dealer means any Authorized Dealer that has not declined to participate, and that has been approved by the Yokohama Tire Program Administrator to participate. Participation by the Authorized Dealers or individual Authorized Sales Associate is subject to change. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a “Participant” is an individual person who 1) is an Authorized Dealer Sales Associate, 2) is enrolled in the Program, 3) has been allocated a user ID and password by Yokohama Tire Corporation, and 4) is directly responsible for the sale of a qualified product(s) as a result of Sales Associate’s efforts. If a Participant terminates their employment with a participating Authorized Dealer, or if the Authorized Dealer’s agreement with Yokohama Tire Corporation is terminated, all of Participant’s accumulated rewards will be forfeited except for rewards added to the reward card.

The Rewards Program periods of eligibility are referenced in the “Terms & Conditions” segment within the “Programs” section of the site, unless cancelled at an earlier date by Yokohama Tire Corporation. Rewards may be earned by Participants during the periods of eligibility only. Periods of eligibility of the program are subject to change without notice. Yokohama Tire Corporation may automatically extend these program dates and will supply new program reward cards if necessary.

To participate in Yokohama Tread Rewards Program, Participants must enroll at https://yokohamatreadrewards.com. In order to verify eligibility and to process rewards, the following information will be required from the Participant: dealer name, first name, last name, address, phone number, email address and social security number. The social security number is collected for 1099 tax purposes only. If your combined reward earnings equal or exceed $600, a 1099 tax form will be provided to you for tax reporting purposes. The rewards site (YokohamatreadRewards.com) is a secure site which encrypts and securely stores the participants’ social security number for tax reporting purposes.
